Alcatel-Lucent OC12-SFP-SR Compatible 622Mb/s MMF 850nm 550m DDM SFP Transceiver Optcore’s OSP622-8505DCR-ALU is a high-performance small form factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver for 622Mbps SONET OC-12 and SDH STM-4 short reach application. It fully complies with the SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and can be used on the MSA compliant networking equipment. The 622Mbps SFP transceiver consists of the below sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, the 850nm VCSEL laser and the PIN photo-detector. The SFP transceiver module is a Class 1 laser product complies with FDA/CDRH and IEC-60825 standards. The OSP622-8505DCR-ALU SFP transceiver is tested to be compatible with Alcatel-Lucent networking equipment for SONET/SDH (POS), optical networking and ATM applications. It is an ideal equivalent to Alcatel-Lucent OC12-SFP-SR OC-12/STM-4 Multi-mode Short Reach (SR-1) SFP optics module but with much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible SFP optics transceiver solution for system integrator, distributors and end users in network infrastructure and fiber cabling.
