622Mbps SMF 1550nm 160km SFP Optical Transceiver Module for SDH STM-4/SONET OC-12 Optcore’s OSP622-55A6DCR is a high-performance small form factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver module for duplex optical data communications such as SDH STM-4/SONET OC-12 and 622Mb/s ATM ultra long reach the application. This SFP transceiver module provides 150~160km transmission distance over single mode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 1550nm. The transmitter section uses a 1550nm DFB laser that is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses a high-speed APD photodiode (PD) and trans-impedance preamplifier. The 622Mbps SFP module series is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472.
