Made from PLA corn-starch biodegradable material, which can completely decompose into water and carbon dioxide within 12 – 18 months under natural soil conditions. Recommended for burials in soil, as degradation is significantly slower in marine environments and therefore not advised for sea burials. The two-piece lid design has a solid feel, like plastic, yet is biodegradable. The urn can be written on with marker pen so you can customise the urn to suit your pet and personal requirements – write thoughts, names, messages or draw images.
