Cisco DS-SFP-FC4G-LW Compatible 4GFC 4G Fibre Channel 4GFC SFP Transceiver (SMF, 1310nm, 10km, LC, DDM) Optcore’s OSP4G-3110DCR-CSC is a low cost replacement of Cisco DS-SFP-FC4G-LW SFP transceiver. It is a high performance small form factor pluggable SFP LW transceiver module for 4.25Gb/s, 2.125Gb/s and 1.06Gb/s Fibre Channel (4GFC,2GFC,1GFC) applications in storage area networks. This 4G fibre channel SFP storage transceiver provides 10km transmission distance over 9/125µm single-mode fiber at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm. The module features a highly reliable 1310nm DFB transmitter and PIN photo-detector into LC Duplex optical connector. The OSP4G-3110DCR-CSC SFP transceiver is programmed and tested to be compatible with Cisco networking storage switches. It is an ideal equivalent to the Cisco DS-SFP-FC4G-LW 4G fiber channel LW SFP optical module but with a much lower price, which provides a reliable compatible SFP optical transceiver solution for system integrator, distributors and end-users in network infrastructure and fiber cabling.
